Job Responsibilities:

• Provide correct information upon client request;

Working Conditions:

• Work schedule: 12-hour shifts every other day;
• Day shift from 10:00 - 22:00. Night shift from 22:00 - 10:00;
• Employment according to Labor Code;
• Salary: 700 AZN;

• Acquiring new clients and maintaining existing relationships;
• Conducting negotiations and consultations with potential clients;

• Analyzing client needs and market trends to identify new sales opportunities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience;
• Strong objection handling and negotiation skills;
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-term client relationships;
• Fluency in Russian and Azerbaijani (English is an advantage);
• Knowledge of CRM systems and office software;
• Responsibility, proactivity, and goal orientation;
• Willingness to learn and develop;
• Experience in loyalty programs is preferred;
• Banking sector experience in partnership departments is preferred.
